San Francisco Office
The Work Space
Rescale is located in the heart of San Francisco, right on Market Street, with great views of what’s happening downtown. In the office, there are plenty of spaces to work in. In addition to their own dedicated desk, employees can find some quiet space in a board room or they can lounge and engage with their colleagues in the communal corner, which has plenty of couches and tables to work at. Oh, and there’s a flight simulator! During breaks, team members can put on some virtual reality goggles and take a quick flight around a location of their choice.
Employees at Rescale are very smart and social. They often partake in philosophical conversations in which everyone is very positive, accepting, and constructive. These discussions leave team members feeling like they’re a part of something great (which they are). To put it simply, Rescale employees are a bunch of friendly nerds who are working on stuff they find interesting and enjoy spending time together.
Rescale employees are super passionate about the work they’re doing. But when they aren’t working hard, they’re participating in other fun activities, such as monthly movie nights, family dinners, happy hours, and go-kart racing. And, almost every day, they all eat lunch at the same table together. It’s a pillar of the office culture—there’s no room for cliques here.
